Why “From Yang to Yin”?
This unique training explores the harmonious transition between two complementary approaches to yoga
Dynamic Practices (Yang)
We will begin with energetic Vinyasa sessions, emphasizing fluid movement, strength, and creativity. These practices aim to energize the body and mind, promoting free and conscious bodily expression.
Introspective Deepening (Yin)
Gradually, we will move towards Yin Yoga sessions, focused on introspection and deep relaxation. These practices target connective tissues, improve flexibility, and encourage attentive listening to oneself.
What sets this training apart:
Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
including the meridians and the 5 elements, to enrich your understanding of internal energies and their influence on the practice of yoga.
Cacao Ceremony
Participate in cacao ceremonies, an ancient tradition that promotes heart-opening and spiritual connection. These special moments will enhance your sensory and emotional experience.
Sound Relaxation with Tibetan Bowls
Immerse yourself in deep relaxation sessions to the sound of Tibetan bowls, facilitating a meditative state and harmonization of energies.
Emphasis on body movement
Beyond traditional postures, we will emphasize fluidity of movement and bodily expression, encouraging you to develop an authentic and creative personal practice.
This training is certified by Yoga Alliance in collaboration with RIGVED YOGA INDIA, guaranteeing that it meets the highest international standards in yoga teaching.
Whether you want to deepen your practice or share your passion as a teacher, this program will provide you with the tools and knowledge to guide your future students with wisdom and sensitivity.
