Lalide Yoga is a space where movement meets mindfulness. Rooted in traditional yoga practices, each session guides you toward inner harmony, strength, and self-discovery.

There are moments when life pushes you to pause. To reassess your rhythm, your priorities, your direction. For me, this moment was a turning point, and it was yoga that opened up another path for me, first as a refuge, then as a path.
Two years later, backpack on my shoulders, I left for Nepal for a 500-hour Hatha Yoga training. Then I continued with a 300-hour Asthanga Vinyasa in India, because I needed movement, intensity, and structure.
