About Me – Adelaide

A journey through yoga, calm and self-discovery

There are moments when life pushes you to pause. To reassess your rhythm, your priorities, your direction. For me, this moment was a turning point, and it was yoga that opened up another path for me, first as a refuge, then as a path.

Two years later, backpack on my shoulders, I left for Nepal for a 500-hour Hatha Yoga training. Then I continued with a 300-hour Asthanga Vinyasa in India, because I needed movement, intensity, and structure.

Inhabit the body, listen to the soul

And then, one day, I felt the need to slow down, to breathe, to clear my mind. That's when I discovered Yin yoga, with a 100-hour training course. Three complementary approaches, three ways to fully inhabit the body: ,,

  • The quiet strength of Hatha

  • the intuitive movement of Vinyasa

  • and the deep introspection of Yin

Today, I teach a living yoga that listens to the body as much as the soul. I have enriched my practice through the study of anatomy and physiotherapy, to support each person with precision, as well as through sound therapy, in the heart of Nepal, in the Buddhist tradition.
