What makes this training stand out?

Phased approach

We begin with an in-depth exploration of fundamental Hatha postures, with an emphasis on proper alignment and anatomical understanding. This solid foundation then facilitates the transition to more dynamic Vinyasa sequences.

Balance between tradition and creativity

While respecting traditional teachings, the training encourages personal expression and creativity in the construction of sequences, allowing each participant to develop their own teaching style.

Emphasis on body movement

Beyond traditional postures, we will emphasize fluidity of movement and bodily expression, encouraging you to develop an authentic and creative personal practice.

Preparation for teaching

You will be equipped with the essential tools and confidence to begin teaching with clarity, presence, and intention.

This training is certified by Yoga Alliance in collaboration with RIGVED YOGA INDIA, guaranteeing that it meets the highest international standards in yoga teaching.

Whether you want to deepen your practice or share your passion as a teacher, this program will provide you with the tools and knowledge to guide your future students with wisdom and sensitivity.
